Researcher (Consultant) - Evaluating a Career Development Course for the 21st Century

Conducted exploratory study to determine most significant method to evaluate a career development course
Developed detailed project plan to track progress and ensure timely completion for implementation. Conducted workplace-readiness gap analyses to determine alignment between course offering and employer expectations according to the (National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) career readiness competencies. Integrated evidence-based practices to inform program revisions and assessment.

Project Consultant & Assessment Specialist - Using Theory to Explore the Intersectionality of Womanhood
Office of Health Promotion – University of Georgia, Summer 2016-Spring 2017
Collaboratively designed and independently evaluated a peer discussion group addressing the intersections of womanhood as experienced by undergraduate students. Created 16 original sessions which exceeded participation predictions by 92%. Series endorsed by university administration and adopted into academic offerings as a First Year Odyssey supplemental credit option.

Researcher - Qualitative Dissertation Study, Career Counselors' Perspectives of & Experiences with the Career Construction Interview

Conducted qualitative case study to explore career counselor reactions to the Career Construction Interview.
Findings from study were presented at the National Career Development Association conference.
