Oftentimes, exposure is the first step in goal attainment. Through employer partnerships, students are exposed to a myriad of career options outside their immediate purview. Intentional partnerships with faculty, alumni, and employers across disciplines have created countless opportunities for internships, mentorship, and full-time employment for my students. The more relationships I have, the more resources they have.
